Look, take it easy. Don’t let yourself get too worked up just because everything feels like it is falling apart right now. Life gets hard, and you have every right to feel some anger and some frustration. But just don’t turn that energy back on yourself. Remember where you started and who you actually are. Maybe there are bills piling up or you under the weather physically, and things look pretty rough, but how you handle the heavy stuff is what really tells the story of who you are. Keep your head on straight when everything hits you at once.

It is weird how life works. One minute you feel deep in a dark place and buried under logic and pressure and dirt. But move your perspective a little—you might honestly just have been planted there. Every struggle teaches you something if you are really leaning in to hear it. It is proof that you aren’t stuck at all. Growth usually happens when things feel that way anyway.

Keep in mind that everything passes in reality. These situations don’t stay the same and things always end up changing soon enough. You just avoid getting distracted. Storms don’t last forever. You simply push through the grind and find some strength in all that pressure. Challenge yourself and let the stress go. Keep the hope alive and and see if you can find some small joy today. Have a blessed week.

John 12:24 (NIV) – “Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.”
