let’s be cautious of, the potential dangers or risks in practices that lack sound Biblical Doctrine in some churches. Indeed any Church that will allow practices that are not subject to the Bible precepts is opening the door to divination and deception which puts the congregation at risk of manipulation.
According to St. Paul;
But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.”
Galatians 1:8 NKJV
Symptoms of divination and sorcery in a church can vary, but some signs to watch out for may include:
1. unexplained spiritual manifestations or occurrences during church services.
2. Members of the congregation expressing feelings of being under a spiritual influence or control.
3. Leaders or individuals within the church claiming to have supernatural powers or abilities.
4. Manipulative or controlling behaviour from church leaders.
5. Divisiveness within the congregation, with factions forming based on beliefs or practices related to divination or sorcery.
6. Reports of unusual rituals or practices taking place within the church.
7. A preference for seeking guidance or answers through supernatural means rather than traditional Christian Bible teachings.
These are just a few potential signs that could indicate the presence of divination and sorcery in a church. It’s important to address any concerns or suspicions with church leadership and seek guidance from a trusted spiritual advisor.
Paul talks about the preaching of another Gospel in Galatians1:6-9, where he warns the Galatians about those who are preaching a different message other than the one he originally taught them. He emphasizes the importance of staying true to the gospel of Christ and not being led astray by false teachings.
It is important to stay true to the teachings of the Bible and avoid any practices that go against God’s will.
