The Majority Of Wounds Inflicted On People’s Hearts Were Caused By Those Who Professed To Love Them The Most

The majority of wounds inflicted on people’s hearts were not caused by their enemies but by those who professed to love them most.

The Bible highlights the impact of harmful behaviour or comments from close family members on a person’s wellbeing.

The stories of Joseph and his brothers, Saul and David, and Judas Iscariot’s betrayal demonstrate the potential for permanent scars to be left in a loving relationship.

The Bible acknowledges the presence of such wounds and encourages believers to find healing and restoration through forgiveness, grace, and seeking God’s consolation. Proverbs 18:24 and Proverbs 27:6 support this idea, while Psalm 34:18 reassures that even the most severe wounds can be healed through God’s love and comfort. Both biblical anecdotes and scripture support the idea that those who claim to love the most often leave the worst scars on their hearts.

However, the Bible also offers encouragement that, with God’s help and love, things can be made whole again.

May God remember you and grant us the Grace to walk in the fear of God.

Be Blessed dear!!!
